Business Analyst Summer Intern-Campus Recruiting

Position Description:
CGI is seeking students interested in summer internship opportunities in the Information Technology field. Interns are hired into a functional role within specific account and/or project teams. Candidates should have a demonstrated interest in technology and business, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
What you'll need:
Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college pursuing bachelors degree in a relevant field (i.e.: Business majors to include Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Information Systems/Information Technology)
A great attitude and hunger for learning
Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity
Ability to work within a team environment
3.0 GPA is required
Ability to work in the U.S. for an indefinite period of time
What you'll do (assignments may include responsibilities in one or more of the following areas):
Functional and/or Business Analysts
oClient requirements gathering and analysis
oTracking testing and documentation of defects
oOnsite client consulting and support
oWriting program and system user manuals and/or training materials

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
