Referral Program Specialist

Your future duties and responsibilities At CGI, we believe our members have worked with and know the strongest talent in the marketplace and are committed to a high-touch Referral Program that assists in finding placements for these highly-sought after candidates. The Referral Program Specialist will act as the Member Referral program owner and administrator across the United States; the Specialist will also manage a team of Referral Sourcers, who are dedicated to screening and finding placements for member referral candidates. This role requires a strong collaborator who is dedicated to a service oriented culture that creates efficiencies and a quality referral experience for our members and referred candidates. Additional responsibilities include: the analysis of programmatic success by monitoring trends, identifying opportunities for success; and, providing training across multiple business units. Required qualifications to be successful in this role -5+ years of experience within business analysis and/or recruiting, including sourcing and assessing high demand candidates -Possession of excellent analytical skills to solve problems of a sensitive nature to include data analysis and market comparative information -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -Experience with applicant tracking systems and high-touch experience with Member Referral Programs or administration -Knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws and OFCCP and EEO compliance -Ability to show success in a client or customer service role -Ability to provide consistent, and high quality service across multiple business units -Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organization -BA or BS degree -PC proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel -Proficiency in MS SharePoint Desired Skills: -Ability to produce expected results in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment -Ability to exercise independent judgment to decide on the appropriate priorities and procedures to follow Position ID: J1218-1698

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
